This gorgeous family apartment is in one of the best locations for the beach and views of Woolacombe. A beautiful 2 bedroom house on the border of Woolacombe / Mortehoe overlooking the beach at Woolacombe. Southerly facing, looking out over 3 different beaches to the south and Lundy Island to the west. Previously the end of a popular hotel this house is wonderfully sunny and bright without being too hot. The bedrooms are all downstairs and open out onto a sunny patio with beach view. The upper balcony has the same view, extending out from the living area, making a great spot to watch the amazing sunsets with a cool drink! Linen, big white fluffy towels and beach towels are included, along with a welcome pack of food and wine. In easy reach of beaches, coastal walks, local bars & restaurants, this fresh, light and modern house makes a superb holiday property providing comfort, luxury and practicality whilst enjoying one of the best locations in the surrounding area.

Entrance is gained on ground level directly from the car park which has space for 1 car, with additional parking available if required, please ask. Entering on the level from the car park the entrance corridor has a cloakroom on the right with WC and wash hand basin. Carry on into the open plan main living area and you are immediately struck with the fabulous view out to see through the balcony doors at the far end that lead onto the sunny south facing balcony. A dining table that comfortably seats 4 folds out into the living area. The kitchen is neatly tucked around to the rear of this room so as not to get in the way of the view and yet is well laid out and equipped for a family of four, washer dryer, large freezer, fridge, induction loop hob, electric oven, toaster and coffee machine.

Carpeted stairs lead down from the living space to the two bedrooms and family bathroom, master at the front with patio doors leading out to the terrace, sea views from the bed!! There is ample room for a cot.

The second bedroom can be a double, or twin but can also be a single + cot. All bedding is Egyptian cotton and towels are hotel quality. Please advise on the booking form.

The family bathroom has full size bath, shower, WC and hand basin.

Central heating and all electricity included, however heating is rarely needed in the summer months. Suitable for children as patio is enclosed and gated. Balcony is also children safe. There is full business level broadband connection for complete access to emails and internet along with Sky TV with Sky plus for recording live TV so if the weather is not so nice you can stay in! . An Ipod dock is also provided, along with full broadband for internet connection. Provided for babies: Cot, high chair, changing mat, toys, baby gate. There is a chemist in the village that stocks nappies, formula, bottles etc.

Outside on the terrace is a large round table with 4 cushioned chairs and a parasol is perfect for alfresco dining.
