This reverse level house benefits from sea and countryside views from all but the two shower rooms. The minute you enter this lovely family house you are struck by the incredible views from the back of the house due to the spacious open plan design. The hallway leads to all rooms on this level and to the stairway. The kitchen, diner and living area are all open plan and flow well from one to the other. They all enjoy the views from the large floor to ceiling windows in the living area and floor to ceiling patio doors off the kitchen/diner to the balcony. The balcony is large enough for a café table and two chairs.
There is a definite continental feel to the kitchen/diner which has a 6/8 seater solid wood dining table, a gorgeous range cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, American style fridge/freezer and full size dishwasher. A full range of solid wood kitchen units spans both sides making the kitchen capable of providing the space and worktops to conjure up family meals.
In the living room area comfy fabric sofas line the walls and are positioned to make the most of the view and there is of course a TV/DVD for evening entertainment, full Wi-Fi and some books and games are provided!
On this level there is a spacious family shower room (please note there is no bath in this house)
Downstairs are the 3 bedrooms and a further shower room.
All of the bedrooms have floor to ceiling glass with doors leading onto the huge decked patio which runs along the entire rear of the house. Hence all of them have outstanding views to Woolacombe beach, sea and beyond to the horizon.
The master has a solid wood super king size bed with sumptuous bedding and stylish good quality bed linen. There are two sets of built in mirrored wardrobes which reflect light and show off the view from wherever you stand in the room, a lovely feature which makes the room so bright.
Next is another room with a double bed and a lovely dressing area adjacent to the patio doors, again plenty of clothes storage and of course outstanding views.
Lastly is the smallest room, maybe ideal for children as it has a single bed and another underneath that can be pulled out and made into a double or twin making three options available to choose from depending on the family size. Just select your choice on the booking form when making your booking.
The shower room at the end of the corridor has a white suite of shower, WC and sink basin.
Outside the wow factor continues with various seating and eating areas on the decking and the huge lawn area that would keep most children happy for hours.
Important things to note:
The owner is highly allergic so no pets allowed at all; there is no bath; a £200 security deposit will be pre-authorised and then released again after the holiday. This is the owners’ family home and lived in for the rest of the year, so it is only available for the summer school holidays. Parking for 2 cars off road. Saturday changeover.
