Studio 3 is a perfect “pied-a-terre”, simply ideal for a spontaneous weekend away or a surfing week, a funky crash pad right in the heart of Woolacombe for beach and village life.  

Book anytime, for the week, weekends or short breaks except for the main school holidays when only full weeks can be booked. Weekly changeovers Friday but offering flexibility where possible out of season.  Perfect for a surf weekend or a bolt hole to escape to.

Studio 3 has been especially designed with younger couples in mind. With a “boutique” feel, there is a funky circular bed, TV, PS3 for DVD/Blu ray, gaming or playing music. There are 2 wall hung surfboard racks.

There is a gloss white kitchen with under worktop fridge with small freezer compartment, oven, hob, extractor and microwave. There is a small table for dining with 2 stools. A good shower, hooks for wet suits in the shower, clothes storage and lots of finishing touches making this little studio a place to return to time and again.  

It is situated on Beach Road, the main road into Woolacombe opposite The Narracott Hotel and has permit parking for one car just 5 minutes away up the hill in the village hall car park in main season otherwise from November to end of April street parking in the village is free.

No view but simply a fantastic comfortable, high spec crash pad at a reasonable cost and convenient for surf and village. This place is geared for a young couple to enjoy village nightlife and the beach scene. Think of it as more of a smart city "boutique" hotel room with the added bonus of a kitchen and you will not be disappointed.
