Lower Burnside is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment forming the lower half of a large detached Edwardian house set back in Combesgate Valley just a few minutes’ walk from Combesgate beach, popular for surfing at the right tide. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Barricane beach if that and a bit further round the Esplanade to the main beach and the village. If you prefer to be away from the busier end of Woolacombe and yet still walking distance from everywhere, then this is a great spot.

There is a very sunny entrance hall/conservatory leading into the main hallway with some conservatory furniture. The living room has a corner suite of sofa and chairs, TV/DVD and raised patio doors (with no steps) to a decked area with distant view to the sea and National Trust land. There is a small sloped garden area adjacent to the apartment. This apartment also has Wi-Fi available (router in the flat above).

One of the bedrooms has a king-size bed with a large window overlooking the valley and NT land, next to it is a small room with twin beds. There is a bathroom with shower over bath right beside these two rooms. The other small double bedroom is off the kitchen at the back of the apartment and has its own ensuite shower room.

A great feature of this apartment is the large family kitchen with 8-seater dining table and fully equipped kitchen with some integrated and some free-standing appliances. There are new bi-fold doors to a small terrace area by the kitchen.

If you have a larger group of up to 10, it may be possible to also book Sail, the top floor apartment for the same period. Cot and highchair available, please ask.

The allocated spaces are signed and have white lines. They are by the wall on the left as you drive up the driveway. They are also outlined on a map in the property and noted on your final arrival details with your balance receipt.

Please note there is a £150 security deposit required and taken 4 days before the holiday from the card you paid with and then returned to your card 4 days after the holiday subject to no reported damage.
