Sitting pretty just off Woolacombe seafront Esplanade is this great two bed-room ground floor apartment,it’s main features being the amazing sea view from living/diner/kitchen and balcony and it’s close proximity to both Woolacombe beach and village.

Having parked in the allocated parking space at the front of the building, the apartment is accessed via the main entrance and number 1 is just on the left after entering into the communal hallway on the same level.

The main living area is at the front taking advantage of the wonderful views across to Woolacombe beach and beyond. This great living space incorporates a large lounge with bay window, dining area and kitchen all enjoying the same great views.

The living room can be closed off with folding doors and has retained some of the old Victorian features such as high ceilings, fire surround and cornicing. There is a large wall mounted flatscreen Smart TV and sumptuous sofas and chairs to seat everyone.
The dining table and chairs can seat up to six. In the kitchen there are modern units, fridge-freezer, cooker, hob, microwave and washing machine.

Both the bedrooms and family bathroom are off the main corridor that runs through the apartment. The family bathroom has a white suite of bath with shower attachment for hair-washing, WC and sink basin.

There is a good size master bedroom at the quiet rear of the apartment with it’s own shower room en-suite with WC and sink basin and single shower cubicle. The master has a king-size wooden bed, wardrobe and chest of drawer storage and there are bedside units and lamps either side of the bed. It has a window in the fire exit door to the rear. A travel cot is provided.

The second bedroom has white wood bunk beds and a single bed , there is a window to the rear. It has chest of drawer storage for clothes and a few hanging hooks but no wardrobe.

Outside the good sized balcony off the kitchen has ample space to sit out for a morning coffee or evening sundowner watching surfers riding the waves. To the rear of the block are small beach equipment stores. The key is in the apartment. It's large enough for body boards and beach paraphernalia. The parking space is at the front just below the balcony.

This lovely two bedroom apartment sleeps up to five and is an ideal place to spend a family holiday in Woolacombe. The beach is just paces away and Woolacombe village is less than a ten minute walk away.
