We are now delighted to be able to offer a dedicated studio apartment especially designed for weekends and short breaks right in the heart of Woolacombe itself!! It is called Studio 3 and can be viewed from the "Holiday Search" page. You can book this at anytime for anytime without the restrictions below!

Normal restrictions During January, February, March, October, November and December we can take a short break booking at any time subject to availability and not for school holidays. At other times we can offer short breaks on all the properties subject to availability if booked within 2 weeks of the holiday date and not during the main school summer holidays. The reason short breaks can sometimes only be booked so near to the holiday is because the owners usually offer weekly holidays and therefore if a short break is taken Friday to Monday for instance, the possibilty of the weeks either side being booked is made impossible. Prices are calculated at the time of booking and are based on many elements for example: how many people, how long for, how close to the date being booked and the time of year. Therefore it is always impossible to give a standard short break rate. The minimum nights is usually 3, however you can stay for 2 but the charge is for the whole weekend to include the Sunday night so you don't have to vacate by 10 am on the Sunday morning!!
