Hartland House Apartments have long been a favourite for many people and have been beautifully renovated over the last year. The Garden Apartment is on the ground floor and has fabulous large sash bay windows from both the living room and the bedroom. The living room has a full sea and beach view looking right across the sands to Putsborough and beyond.

The kitchen is divided from the living room by a useful breakfast bar used for all dining. All appliances are integrated behind fresh contemporary white units. These include a 50/50 fridge freezer, full size dishwasher, washer dryer and oven and hob. There is a microwave and the usual other fixtures one would expect from this standard of property. Then in the living room itself there are two sofa beds making it possible to accommodate a family more easily. A large flat screen TV and DVD and music centre are provided for your entertainment. In the bedroom there is a suite of matching furnishings. A double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. The bathroom is reached from both a door from the living room and the bedroom. It has a white suite with bath with shower over.
Outside the terrace runs around the property on three sides and has a lovely raised decked area from where the views are outstanding. Wet suits hooks and storage for outdoor furniture make this really convenient and practicable for the beach. There is also a BBQ for guests use. In the communal area adjacent to this is a cold-water tap to rinse off sandy wetsuits and boards after a day in the surf!

This place is a joy for couples and small families to make the most of Woolacombes beach and village life, so book early to avoid disappointment. Please note there is no parking space for this apartment however, there is ample parking along The Esplanade or car parks nearby.
