On the site of the former Baycliffe Hotel, this modern two bedroom first floor apartment looks out towards the beautiful Morte Point. From here you are right on the coast path and can walk for miles around some of the areas finest scenery.

Superb sea views and the lovely old village of Mortehoe within a five minute walk.The beaches of Woolacombe Bay are within walking distance, the nearest being just below called Grunta and is a personal favourite of mine. One of the prettiest in the resort with huge sandy bottomed rock pools in which my children learnt to swim! Good surf, sheltered and great for beach BBQs and fires into the evening, a real gem!

Plover (named after a local coastal bird), has a lovely open plan kitchen and living space combined. Two sumptious sofas and coffee table are positioned to enjoy the extensive view from the balcony doors. There is a dining table and chairs for four, TV/DVD/Video and mini hi-fi for your entertainment.The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher and oven and hob. From the master bedroom there is a side view across the sea so you can enjoy that view when sitting up in bed with your morning tea. The other bedroom has twin beds and tallboy.

In the family bathroom there is a white suite with shower over bath and sink and WC. There is also another cloakroom with WC and basin.
