It forms the top floor of a splendid old detached house and has its own parking space at the rear with steps down to its own entrance. The house is centrally located along the sea front both near to the beaches and the village so is placed superbly for a perfect beach holiday.

There are a few small flights of internal stairs to the penthouse, once inside it is on one level and is very spacious with unusual, almost gothic style windows and lofty ceilings. It really is a truly special place, having been completely modernised to a very high standard, it sleeps four in two good size bedrooms and contemporary living area. You enter into the main living space comprising kitchen, dining and living room in one open plan room. The view is breathtaking from the main arched window overlooking the sea, beach and bay of Woolacombe. The cream slab kitchen units house integrated Bosche double oven and microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The central island has the hob and conical extractor, wine rack and plenty of storage. The granite worktops gleam and really make the black stone sink stand out. It is smart, contemporary and functional. There is a fine solid oak dining table with glass top and 4 chairs. In the lounge area the focal point is the wood burning stove and huge hearth, complemented by luscious black leather sofas and armchair. Sky TV, Blu ray and Wi-Fi offer all you need for entertainment. The master bedroom overlooks the sea and beach below through another lovely arched window and has a shower room en suite. King-size bed, oak wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside units make this room a comfortable retreat after a busy beach day. Just outside the bedrooms is the family shower room with walk in shower and white contemporary suite offering the second bedroom its own facility. Outside by the entrance door is a lovely limestone paved patio area with a wall mounted clothes airer, table and chairs for al fresco dining and space to hang wetsuits. This is for the private use of the apartment although is in a through way that the owners, who live on site sometimes pass.
