With 5 bedrooms accommodating up to 9 people comfortably, parking, stunning sea views and its great location just paces from the seafront, this super detached family home is an ideal spot to enjoy the sunsets over the sea from its terraces and delightful gardens that surround the house. This lovely house benefits from wash basins in all bedrooms, 2 with showers and a family bathroom with separate shower for the other rooms.

Downstairs the double fronted property has a comfortable living room and a dining room both with wonderful front on sea views. The original pine floors have been stripped and varnished throughout the ground floor apart from the kitchen and the house has been recently redecorated with off white walls and woodwork giving it a light and airy feel. The kitchen and one of the bedrooms are at the back and side. The large kitchen is extremely well equipped and has oven, hob, grill, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The view from the kitchen is to the garden. There is also a downstairs WC used by the ground floor bedroom and for use during the day.

There are extensive sloping gardens that wrap around the house on all sides. With two terraces and small grass lawn all overlooking the sea, this delightful garden is one of the main features of this special holiday home. These gardens are especially lovely in July and August when the Agapanthus are in bloom. To the front it slopes down to the road below where there is parking for several cars.

Upstairs the other 4 bedrooms are fully carpeted making this delightful house homely and comfortable. Two good size doubles with basins and side sea views and master double with basin and shower and dual aspect windows with great sea views. The fourth bedroom is single and benefits from a basin and magnificent front facing sea views across Woolacombe Bay. On this floor is the bathroom with separate shower and WC and another WC. (There are 3 loos in the property)

All in all Greycliffe makes a comfortable seaside holiday home just up Rockfield Road from Woolacombe’s famous Esplanade and is considered suitable for a larger extended family group or even for 2 family occupation.
