Just across the road are coastal footpaths to Morte Point (look for the seals in the sea below), Rockham Bay with its rock pools and bathing, and Bull Point Lighthouse. Take the coastal path in the opposite direction, or a short hop by car, for the surf beaches of Woolacombe.

The solid oak kitchen units house integrated appliances including a full size dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, oven, hob and microwave. There is a large wooden 6 seater table in the dining end for family breakfasts.

In the spacious living room there is a comfortable suite, dining table to seat up to 6 and a Sky TV/DVD, coffee table and CD player making this room a cosy place to enjoy relaxing. From this room is the conservatory and doors to outside. There is also a downstairs cloakroom.

Upstairs the master and twin bedroom are both en-suite and there is a small bedroom with single bed with guest bed under. The master bedroom is a good size with a window facing the sea in the distance. The second bedroom is large with twin single beds and a view to the adjoining National Trust land.

With the abundance of cherry wood furniture and a large luxury family bathroom, this all adds to the quality finish of this lovely holiday home. Please note that if you are bringing a baby/infant in addition to the 6 people then a £10 charge will be made. No baby facilities are provided.
