The kitchen diner has an Aga range oven, dishwasher, fridge and microwave and 50/50 fridge freezer and small beers fridge in the utility room with washing machine and separate dryer. The solid wood dining table extends to at least 10 and there is a wall mounted Sky Freeview TV and patio doors to the decking with large picnic bench and gas BBQ and large enclosed gardens with swings. There is a study with sofa bed and cloakroom also on the ground floor.

Upstairs are the 4 bedrooms and family shower room. There is a lovely master bedroom with king-size bed, ensuite with bath and a balcony with a distant sea view on a clear day, a double bedroom, a twin room and a single room with trundle bed. All rooms have countryside views.
