Crescent Yard Cottages nestle in a private courtyard in the heart of Mortehoe Village. These three new houses have private parking and uninterrupted views across National Trust Countryside. A tranquil setting off the beaten track, yet on the edge of a major surf spot!

Convenient to all village amenities: Village Museum, general store, gift shop, Church, restaurant, pubs, and a deli selling clotted cream ices in a dozen different flavours.

Just across the road are coastal footpaths to Morte Point (look for the seals in the sea below), Rockham Bay with its rock pools and bathing, and Bull Point Lighthouse. Take the coastal path in the opposite direction, or a short hop by car, for the surf beaches of Woolacombe.

No 2 is the smallest cottage sleeping two in the double bedroom which has an en-suite shower room. There is a small Digital TV in the bedroom.

Downstairs is a lovely open-plan yet cosy living space with fully fitted kitchen housing the washer dryer, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, hob and microwave. There is a breakfast bar with 2 stools over the wooden kitchen units. In the living area there is a 3 seater leather sofa, Basic Sky TV/DVD and CD player. The glass round dining table has 2 chairs. Patio doors lead to a patio area good for BBQs and catching the sun. BBQ supplied. A great choice for a walking or beach holiday as the coast path and local beaches are all within walking distance. The owners will accept an infant up to 6 months only but no facilities are provided.
