Also from this room the Juliet balcony (patio doors that open in with railing across, not a stand on balcony) gives a slightly obscured side view over to the sea. You can just see the sea from the sofa/sofa bed or from the table and chairs in front of the balcony doors. There is a Freeview Digital TV/DVD and CD player, books, games, videos and CDs. The bedroom, with two single beds even has a TV/DVD. The view from this apartment is limited but lovely!

The modern kitchen shares the living space and has all you could ask for. There is a fridge and separate freezer, cooker, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. In the bathroom there is a shower over the bath. Parking for one car and delightful communal decking and patio areas to the side of the building where there is a small private lock up shed where wetsuits and a short boards (not large enough for long boards) can be stored.
