Just across the road are coastal footpaths to Morte Point (look for the seals in the sea below), Rockham Bay with its rock pools and bathing, and Bull Point Lighthouse. Take the coastal path in the opposite direction, or a short hop by car, for the surf beaches of Woolacombe.

Additional cloakroom/WC in hallway downstairs. The kitchen diner runs the depth of the house with a window at either end making it light and fresh. Cream shaker style units with beech worktops house the washer/dryer, dishwasher and 50/50 fridge freezer. There is a microwave, oven and electric hob and hood. In the dining room end, there is a round table for four in front of the window.

The sitting room has a suite of neutral suede, coffee and lamp tables, Basic Sky TV/DVD. Glass sliding door to raised patio area with table and chairs to enjoy the open views. Further steps to higher decking ideal for sunbathing, a quiet read or taking the air while enjoying the distant sea view.

Although there is a level path around the house the steps to decking may not be suitable for very small children. £10 charge for infants if over full occupancy.
